When we aren't helping our customers, Logistics Fox provides its employees with many ways to stay fresh and energized so they can help with the best of their ability. At the end of the month, the Account Representative that performs the best wins a certificate for a massage to reward their hard work. Every once in a while, whether from a local school fundraiser or a professional detailer, Logistics Fox provides car washes for employees at our offices. We also have a salon owner come to our office every month to give us haircuts! And there isn’t an employee in the office who doesn’t look forward to ordering food for Takeout Tuesday. All this contributes to a supportive environment where employee’s happiness isn’t just a byproduct of our success, it is an investment that pays for itself in the long term.
